How to use Wikipedia for caste propoganda - Andhra Pradesh Style

WikiPedia is a great Internet source. It is a simple, powerful, people encyclopedia. Encyclopedia is essentially knowledge bank or resource for reference. It ranges across various topics. If you go on Internet search - one of the first reference list always come from Wikipedia (of course if it exists). From children to elders. everybody love to use it and get benefited.

But...

Now coming to the topic, I am shocked and bewildered by the amount of time various people from different communities (in plain terms - Caste) use Wiki for the propaganda or show of strength of their community people.

I take an example from one caste - famous list, taken at random from Medical category list:

I could not find anything more about these sample list of famous people in Wikipedia. The link is dead here.

Why they are famous? and what for they are famous?
Why do they need a reference listing.
Just being in a caste? or being a doctor, IAS officer or one time politician - does anyone consider them to be famous for any other valid reason.

It lacks logic for listing in any encyclopedia.

Well, this is Indianisation - Wiki never thought it would be used in this propaganda model. [May be this is the case with most of the active castes in India]
